Window and Screen Cleaning

Our window and screen cleaning includes cleaning all window screens and the glass of your windows with a soft absorbent cloth attachment specially designed for window cleaning.  The heavily soiled and spotted areas are scrubbed by hand in order to properly remove all soiling and debris from the glass.  The glass is then dried with a hand held squeegee to remove the cleaning solution, soil and debris.  The window frames, sills and tracks are also cleaned as part of this service.

Window cleaning is priced per opening. An opening is considered an area purposely made to allow light in. One opening has one sheet of glass with 2 sides only <inside and outside glass also known as a pane> if there is more glass this will be considered more than one opening. (i.e. if you have double-paned windows and wish to have both sides of both panes washed).

Wall and Ceiling Cleaning

We include a “Homesafe” deodorizer application with every wall and ceiling cleaning. This is very important for homes or offices with pets, smokers or areas where oils or grease is used (such as cooking food, cigarette or cigar smoke, etc.).

Before you paint, your walls and ceilings should be cleaned to remove all staining and foreign debris. This will help your paint bond to the wall and ceiling surface better, extending the life of your paintwork, as well as reducing future maintenance costs and frequency of re-paintings.
