Q. We have pet accidents on our carpets/upholstery do you charge for odor treatment?

A. Pet odor removal is a specialized service, not offered by all cleaning firms. Depending on the severity of the odour removal, the price will vary, from a simple spot treatment to a full restorative service. We can come to your home and give you a price quotation so that there will be no surprises. The fee for the “In Home Odour Removal” estimate is only $30.00 plus GST. The estimate fee amount will be deducted from your final total on the date of your cleaning. You will always have the option to choose the service or not.

Q. Other companies will only give us a price quote over the phone; can you come out to give an estimate?

A. With other companies you may be surprised by the final cost of your carpet cleaning. They may add charges based on stain/spot removal, odor removal, fabric protector, etc. We do not like surprises any more than you do. We can come out and measure your rooms, inspect your carpets or upholstery for spots, stains, etc. and give you an accurate price quotation that we will honor for 30 days. No gimmicks, no surprises, no high stress sales pitch. Just an honest and accurate estimate of what you will be charged.

Q. Do you clean area carpets? We have a wool berber carpet; can you clean this type of carpet?

A. Yes, we can safely clean your berber carpets, oriental wool carpets and other delicate fibers too, like sisal! Berber wool is delicate. It can fuzz out easily if not cleaned properly. If you get it too wet, you could run the risk of shrinkage or color loss. For example: You would not put a fine wool sweater into the washing machine on a hot wash cycle. We would prefer to take your area carpets to our insured and climate controlled “In-Plant” cleaning facility. While in our care, we will take all precautions necessary to ensure your fabric is properly and carefully cleaned. There is no need to worry about shrinkage, fabric distortion or color loss. All of our products are safe for you, your family and pets, your carpet and the environment.

Q. What about really tough stains?

A. We carry a variety of cleaning products to clean up common spills quickly and conveniently. To name just a few of the spots that we can take care of: Blood, coffee, tea, food spills, grease, oil, tar, ink, make-up, nail polish, shoe polish, soft drinks, vomit, and wine. Unfortunately, not all spills will come out completely, due to a variety of unforeseen factors. We do have very good success rate with our products.

We offer a spot removal service, if you have clean carpets but just need an accident cleaned up. Simply call us to dispatch one of our spot removal specialists. We can usually get to your emergency the same day. You can also call us for free advice; we can help you minimize damage to your carpets and upholstery until we can get there.
